Project Description

We design and fabricate storage tanks for a wide range of capacities - up to 200KL and for varying temperature and pressure conditions. Engineered for longevity, these tanks are ideal for storing corrosive chemicals such as acids and alkalies.

    Materials of Construction (MOC):

    We offer tanks in a variety of MOCs, carefully selected based on the chemical properties, temperature, and pressure requirements of the application. Options include:

  • FRP (all grades of resins)
  • PPH, PVC, PVDF, HDPE PE100, CVPC
  • Composite constructions: PP-FRP, PVC-FRP, PVDF-FRP, MS-FRP
  • Metal: MS, SS304, SS316, SS316L

Manufacturing Process:

FRP tanks are produced using the Contact Moulding (Hand Lay-up) method, ensuring strength and chemical resistance. Thermoplastic tanks are fabricated using European butt-welding machines as per German standards, achieving a long-term weld factor of 0.8 - significantly superior to the 0.6 factor of conventional rod-welded tanks.
