Our galvanizing plants are custom designed and developed keeping in mind the practical layout to suit exact site conditions, hassle free operation, ease of maintenance & optimum fuel efficiency. These plants are completely equipped with in-house developed innovative material handling systems, high quality and reliable pre-treatment and post treatment PPH (Homopolymer Polypropylene) or FRP Tanks & state of the art fume scrubbing system. FRP Tanks are hand moulded and the PPH Tanks are welded on European Butt-welding machine as per German DVS standards which gives a long life to weld seams thereby reducing the risk of tank failure or leakage.
