Tube Settlers

Tube settlers are advanced sedimentation units designed to significantly improve the settling efficiency of conventional clarifiers. By incorporating a series of closely spaced, inclined tubular channels - typically set at a 60⁰ angle - these systems reduce the vertical settling distance required for floc particles, promoting faster agglomeration and sedimentation.

Our tube settlers are designed and fabricated with in-built structural support, primarily using FRP (Vinyl Ester grade) and PP-H materials. These construction materials offer outstanding resistance to corrosion, long service life, and minimal maintenance in aggressive effluent environments.
